Gleason was 3+3

I’ve recently been diagosed with Prostate Cancer.
Gleason was 3+3
Cancer in 3 out of 12 of the biopsies
Stage is T1c
I’m 72 years of age

Which treatment plan would you suggest?

Not knowing anything else about you or your overall health,  It seems like you would  be a great candidate for active surveillance or an ” active nutritional” approach. A proper health approach: good diet, exercise, some supplements that would include vitamin D (no more than 2000iu without medical supervision) and Pectasol (Modified citrus pectin) would be helpful.
