THE PROSTATE CANCER TICK LIST

Highlighting essential questions for you and your urologist to discuss.

Few things are more stressful than meeting a new doctor for the first time.   Few patients feel comfortable asking questions about how their cancer treatment will affect their lifestyle.  And few doctors have the patience to listen to patients struggling to ask their questions.  The solution is simple: a list of questions that you, the patient, print out.  You put check marks next to the questions that concern you, double checking your most important questions. You hand this pre-printed list to your doctor or even mail it in in advance of your appointment.  Patients who don’t have printers or computers can ask their doctor’s office staff to print out and mail the questions in advance of the appointment.
