Mr. Mitteldorf is an oncology social worker and the founder of Malecare. Mr. Mitteldorf has had research and articles published in peer reviewed and popular journals, has spoken at numerous professional conferences and has personally led over 1800 prostate cancer support group meetings since 1997. He is an early and leading scholar in the study of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender psycho-oncology. Mr. Mitteldorf sits on the Board of Directors and Advisory Board of many leading patient advocacy national nonprofits.
