Tumor grade refers to the evaluation of how abnormal the cells of the tumor look during examination under a microscope. Low grade implies that the tumor is less aggressive.

Blood vessels, lymph, and nerve channels within the breast tissue can also be invaded by the tumor cells in some cases.
